Thank you for using our software, technologies, products, mobile applications, application program interfaces, and services ("Service"). The Service is provided by Haasonline Technology Limited ("HaasOnline", "we", "us" or "our"). By using our Service, you are agreeing to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Using our Service

Using our Service does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Service or the content you access.

HaasOnline provides you with access to a rich collection of resources, including but not limited to: cryptocurrency trading tools, market analysis tools, and application program interfaces (API). Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features or tools released by us in relation to the Service shall be subject to this Agreement.

The Service is an online product that requires access via an internet or other network connection. You are responsible for obtaining the necessary internet or network connection to access the Service and for all associated third-party fees. HaasOnline is not responsible for any claims or losses that arise as a result of your connectivity and equipment.

Your Obligations

As a registered user of HaasOnline's Service, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. You also agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's registration form, and to maintain and promptly update that information.

Risks

  • The use of our Service is only suitable for users that fully comprehend the risks involved with automated trading, including the extreme volatility of cryptocurrency and the potential for total loss.
  • You warrant that you are aware that additional risks of trading cryptocurrencies may exist. You understand that it remains at all times your responsibility to carefully assess all risks.
  • At no point does HaasOnline provide any investment, legal or tax advice. If you wish to receive such advice, it is your responsibility to seek independent, professional advice.

Investment Disclaimers and Legal Positioning

  • HaasOnline provides trading automation software only. We are not an investment adviser, commodity trading advisor (CTA), broker-dealer, or securities facilitator.
  • We do not provide investment advice, trading recommendations, or strategy endorsements of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee any trading performance, returns, or outcomes. All historical performance data reflects past results only and does not indicate future performance.
  • All trading carries substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.
  • This software is a tool for executing user-defined trading strategies. All trading decisions, configurations, and outcomes are solely your responsibility.
  • Company-provided trading templates and strategy examples are for educational purposes only and do not constitute recommendations.

Jurisdictional Restrictions

Certain features may be restricted based on your jurisdiction due to local regulations. By using the Service, you confirm you are accessing only features permitted in your jurisdiction and acknowledge that you bear all responsibility for compliance with local laws.

No Resale or Redistribution of Service

Except as expressly authorized by HaasOnline, you agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell, permit access, modify, create derivative works, or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service.

Account Access

Your login may only be used by a single user. A single login shared by multiple users is not permitted. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. HaasOnline cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this obligation.

Unauthorized Uses

You must not modify, adapt or hack the Service or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with the Service or HaasOnline. You shall not transmit any worms, viruses or any code of a destructive or malicious nature. All unnatural means or unlawful attempts to access our Service, website, server or database are prohibited.

Cancellation of Service

HaasOnline reserves the right of unilateral service cancellation if you are in breach of any of these terms, we detect unusual usage patterns, you attempt to harm our reputation or Service, or in response to requests from law enforcement.

Liability for our Service

The Service and all information provided therein are on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HAASONLINE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, FINANCIAL LOSSES OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF HAASONLINE FOR ANY CLAIM UNDER THESE TERMS IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

About these Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will become effective no sooner than seven (7) days after they are posted. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you should immediately discontinue use of our Service.
